지난 21부터 5.9까지 매년 벌이는 미군과 필리핀군의 최대규모 연례합동훈련<발리카탄>이 이시간에 전개되고 있습니다

The largest annual joint exercise between the US and Philippine militaries, <Balikatan>, which is held every year from the 21st to the 5th, is being held at this time.

미군의 대함미사일시스템 네메시스와 중거리미사일 발사시스템이 투입되는 합동훈련으로  동아시아 전쟁도발에 발악하고있는것입니다

The US military is frantically trying to provoke war in East Asia through joint training involving the Nemesis anti-ship missile system and the medium-range missile launch system.

1991년부터 시작된 발리카탄훈련은  미국.필리핀간 동맹의 상징으로 여겨지는, 

양국간 최대규모로 진행돼온 연례합동훈련입니다 지난해에 역대최대인 1만7천여명이 참가해 훈련을 진행하면서 중국에서 건조된 퇴역필리핀 유조선을 북부해역에서 격침하는 훈련이 포함된바있습니다

The Balikatan exercise, which began in 1991, is considered a symbol of the alliance between the U.S. and the Philippines, and is the largest annual joint exercise between the two countries. Last year, the largest number of participants ever, 17,000 people, participated in the exercise, which included sinking a decommissioned Philippine oil tanker built in China in the northern seas.

올해는 미군 9천여명, 필리핀군 5천 여명 에 더해 일본자위대 호주군이 정식참여하고, 한국과 체코, 프랑스, 독일등 16개국이 옵서버자격으로 참여합니다

This year, in addition to 9,000 US troops, 5,000 Philippine troops, the Japanese Self-Defense Force and Australian troops will officially participate, and 16 countries including Korea, the Czech Republic, France, and Germany will participate as observers.

 목표선박을 격침하고 점령된 섬을 탈환하는 훈련, 즉 남중국해나 대만일대에서 중국전력을 물리치는 시나리오가 훈련에 포함될것으로 보이는등 명백한 대중침략연습으로 진행됩니다

It is expected to be a clear invasion exercise, including training to sink target ships and recapture occupied islands, i.e. a scenario to defeat Chinese forces in the South China Sea or around Taiwan.

미제국주의 침략세력은 서태평양의 핵미사일최강국이자 반제진영의 주도역량인 조선·중국을 겨냥해 각각 <한국>·필리핀을 배치하고, 서태평양전에서 일본을 돌격대로 내세우면서 <한국>·필리핀 친미호전세력들을 일군국주의세력아래 편제하는 대리전구도를 완성했다고 봐야합니다

The US imperialist aggression forces have deployed <Korea> and the Philippines respectively, targeting North Korea and China, the nuclear missile powers in the Western Pacific and the leading forces of the anti-imperialist camp, and have completed a proxy war structure in which they put forward Japan as a shock force in the Western Pacific war and organize the pro-US belligerent forces in <Korea> and the Philippines under the militaristic forces.

제국주의호전세력에 의해 3차세계대전이3대전장에서 벌어지고있으며, 동유럽전장과 서아시아전장은 이미 시작됐고, 동아시아·서태평양전장이 시작직전에 있습니다

<한국>전이 터지면 대만전이 동시에 터지고 여기에 일본·필리핀이 가세하면 동아시아전으로,  호주·뉴질랜드까지 가세하면 서태평양전으로 즉시 확대될것입니다 

The Third World War is being fought in three major battlefields by imperialist belligerents, and the Eastern European and West Asian battlefields have already begun, while the East Asian and West Pacific battlefields are on the verge of starting. If the <Korea> war breaks out, the Taiwan war will break out at the same time, and if Japan and the Philippines join in, it will immediately expand into the East Asian war, and if Australia and New Zealand join in, it will immediately expand into the West Pacific war.

미국.일본.호주.인도 4개국군사동맹 <쿼드>, 2024년 4월 미국.일본.호주에 필리핀을 끼워넣은 <스쿼드>는 일-오키나와.대만.필리핀 섬들을 연결, 중국 압박을 강화하기위한 새로운 <안보협력관계> 로 평가됩니다 미국.영국.호주 3개국의<오커스>역시 태평양지역의 군사동맹이자 반중국연합체로 기능하고있습니다

The US, the center of imperialist war powers, has been frantically waging East Asia War and West Pacific warfare by weaving together anti-China and anti-Joseon military alliances, and dual and triple military alliances in the Pacific recently. 

The <Quad>, a four-country military alliance of the US, Japan, Australia, and India, and the <Squad>, which includes the Philippines in April 2024, are evaluated as a new <security cooperation relationship> to strengthen pressure on China by connecting Japan, Okinawa, Taiwan, and the Philippine islands. 

The <Ocus> of the US, UK, and Australia is also functioning as a military alliance and anti-China coalition in the Pacific region.

동아시아에서의 전쟁책동이 갈수록 심각해지고 있는것은 미국이 일본 난세이제도에 미해병연안연대를, 필리핀에는 미다영역기동부대를 배치하고 이부대들을 합동전력으로 운용하기 위한 작전계획을 세우고 있다는 보도와, 올해 1월15일 일본에서 나토독립대표부가 출범한것에서도 확인됩니다 

The growing seriousness of war maneuvers in East Asia is confirmed by reports that the United States is preparing an operational plan to deploy the Marine Corps Coastal Regiment in Japan’s Nansei Islands and the Mid-Area Mobile Force in the Philippines and to operate these units as a joint force, as well as the launch of the NATO Independent Mission in Japan on January 15 of this year.

동유럽 우크라이나전이 나토의 동진으로 터진사실은 일본의 나토독립대표부 설치가 동아시아전 터지기직전의 정세임을 각인시킨다 해야할것입니다

The fact that the Eastern European Ukraine war broke out due to NATO’s eastward advance should be seen as a reminder that the establishment of Japan’s independent representative office in NATO was a situation that was just before the outbreak of the East Asian war.

2014년 필리핀은 미국과 방위협력 확대협정에 따라 필리핀내 5곳을 미군기지로 내주었고, 2023년 2월초 양국 국방부의 합의에 따라 4곳이 추가됐으며 3곳은 대만과 가까운 북부지역에 있어 유사시 거점역할을 할수있는 위치입니다 대중침략을 위한 전력인것입니다

In 2014, the Philippines gave up five sites in the Philippines as US military bases under the expanded defense cooperation agreement with the US, and in early February 2023, four more sites were added according to an agreement between the defense ministries of the two countries. Three of them are located in the northern region close to Taiwan, which could serve as a base in case of emergency. They are the power for aggression against China.

지난달 미.일.<한>의 제주도 인근 미항모를 동원한 해상연습전개, 미.일해상무력의 동중국해에서 서태평양까지 전개한것에 이어 미.일.필리핀의 <발리카탄2025>대중국침략연습실시는 대만전을 사활적으로 도발하는 행위입니다 잦은 전쟁연습은 진짜 전쟁을 목표로 합니다

3세기 넘도록 식민지로 있었던 필리핀 민중은 무장독립투쟁을 벌였으나 스페인에게서 벗어나자마자 미제국주의 모략에의해 다시 미국의 식민지로 되는 불행한 역사에도 미국에 맞서 독립전쟁 게릴라전투를 전개합니다 

Last month, the US, Japan, and <Korea> conducted a naval exercise near Jeju Island using US aircraft carriers, and the US and Japan’s naval forces deployed from the East China Sea to the West Pacific, followed by the US, Japan, and the Philippines’ <Balikatan 2025> anti-China invasion exercise, which is an act of life-or-death provocation for the Taiwan War. Frequent war exercises are aimed at real war. 

The Filipino people, who had been a colony for over three centuries, fought for armed independence, but as soon as they were liberated from Spain, they were forced to become an American colony again due to the plot of American imperialism. Despite this unfortunate history, they waged a guerrilla war for independence against the US.

미군에 의해 독립군과 민중들은 <10살이상은 모두 죽여라>는 반인륜적 명령이 내려질 정도의 처참한 학살을 수없이 겪었으며 아직도 20만에서 150만으로 희생자들을 추측할뿐 정확히 파악되지못하고 있습니다20세기부터 현재까지 세계에서 벌어지는 식민지전쟁 정권전복의 대부분은이 미국의 배후조종에 의한것이라는 증거는 차고넘칩니다

The independence fighters and civilians suffered countless brutal massacres by the US military, to the point where the inhumane order to “kill everyone over the age of 10” was given, and the exact number of victims is still unknown, with estimates ranging from 200,000 to 1.5 million. There is overwhelming evidence that most of the colonial wars and regime overthrows that have occurred around the world from the 20th century to the present were orchestrated by the US.

 미국은 대리전쟁을 지원하고 다른 나라의 내전을 부추기며 무기·탄약을 제공하는식의 직접·간접적방식으로 곳곳에서 무력충돌·대결을 조장하고 있습니다 제국주의진영에게 유일한 남은 출로는 3차세계대전뿐입니다 러시아·이란만이 아니라 중국·조선까지 <신침략자의축>으로 규정하며 악마화해야 겨우 제국주의진영을 유지할수 있을정도로 군사정치경제적 위기가 심각합니다 

The United States is directly and indirectly encouraging armed conflicts and confrontations everywhere by supporting proxy wars, inciting civil wars in other countries, and providing weapons and ammunition. The only way out for the imperialist camp is World War III. The military, political, and economic crisis is so serious that the imperialist camp can only be maintained by demonizing not only Russia and Iran, but also China and North Korea by defining them as the “axis of new aggressors.”

남코리아에서 작년 10월평양무인기공격 12.3계엄 실패에도 반동무리들이 내전, <한국>전 일으키려 광란하는것 또한 죽기직전인 내란무리들에게 유일한 살길이며 .. 역시 죽게 생긴 3차세계대전을 본격화하려는 제국주의호전세력의 최고노림수이기 때문입니다

In South Korea, even after the failure of the Pyongyang drone attack in October last year and the 12.3 martial law, the reactionary groups are going crazy trying to start a civil war, a <Korean> war, because this is the only way out for the rebellious groups who are on the verge of death… and it is also the best strategy of the imperialist belligerents who are trying to start a full-scale World War 3 that is destined to end in death.

미제의 세계패권은 이제 통하지않습니다 우리는 필리핀 <발리카탄2025> 대중국전쟁책동을 규탄하며 세계곳곳에서 벌이는 침략전쟁을 반대합니다. 단결한 민중은 결코 패배하지 않습니다. 세계민중은 반제기치아래 세계반제전선으로 단결하고 있으며 세계민중들의 승리는 정의며 필연입니다

반제와 자주의 기치를 더욱 높이 들고 더욱과감히 투쟁하고 전진합시다 투쟁!

The US world hegemony is no longer valid. We condemn the Philippines’ <Balikatan 2025> war plot against China and oppose the wars of aggression being waged all over the world. The united people will never be defeated. The people of the world are united as a world anti-imperialism front under the banner of anti-imperialism, and the victory of the people of the world is justice and inevitability. Let’s fight and advance more boldly, holding the banner of anti-imperialism and independence higher! Fight!
