What is Red-Tagging?

• Act of labeling an individual or organization as a member or a front of an underground armed communist movement
  just because of the individual or individual’s critical stance of government policies or programs.
• Usually done by the government, military, police, or its agents. It has also happened that individuals or
  organizations are branded as terrorists (and so are enemies of the state)
